Graveside services for Norma June Lambert, 82, of Abernathy, TX were held at 9:00 am Thursday, July 21, 2011, in the Abernathy Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Abernathy, TX. Mrs. Lambert died Sunday, July 17, 2011, in Bedford, TX. She was born April 4, 1929 in Abernathy and married Charles Weldon Lambert, he preceded her in death October 20, 1982. She was a member of the Abernathy Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kasey Lambert. She is survived by 2 sons, Keith Lamber and wife Dana of Seagraves, TX, and Michael Lambert and wife Laura of Abernathy, a daughter, Karen Myatt and husband Lindsey of Haslett, TX and a sister Claudia Oswalt and husband Jerry of Lubbock, TX, 8 grandchildren, Rod, Chris, Ryan, Allison and Nash Lambert, Angela Flood and husband Kurtis, Kendra Aslin and husband Kerry and Reese Myatt and 9 great grandchildren.
