Graveside services for Nannie Lou Patterson, 89, of Lubbock, TX, were held at 10:00 am Saturday, April 2, 2011, in the Abernathy Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Abernathy, TX. Mrs. Patterson died Tuesday, March 29, 2011, in Lubbock, TX. She was born July 1, 1921 in Abernathy, TX, where she was raised. She married Roy Glen Patterson and he preceded her in death October 1, 1968. She was also preceded in death by a son, Glen Wayne Patterson and 3 brothers. She is survived by 2 sons, Doyle E. Patterson of Murfreesboro, TN and Jerry Don Patterson of Lubbock, TX, 8 grandchildren, Catherine, Wanda, Richard, Roy, Christopher, Cory, Troy and Steve and 17 great grandchilren. Abell Funeral Home
