MITZI D'NAE SANDERS "Dancing with Jesus" A celebration of the life of Mitzi D'Nae Sanders, 34, of Lubbock, TX, were held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Bacon Heights Baptist Church, Lubbock, TX, with Rev. Darren Weaver and Rev. Mike Lewis officiating. The Sanders family received guests at Abell Funeral Home, Tuesday, from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm or at Bacon Heights Baptist Church Family Life Center on Wednesday from 1:00 pm until service time. Burial followed services in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Abernathy, TX. Mitzi was born August 4, 1975 to Jerry and Marsha (Hall) Sanders in Lubbock, TX. She graduated Carroll High School in Corpus Christi, TX. She has lived in Abernathy, Abilene, and Corpus Christi before moving back to Lubbock in 1995. She was a Charter Member of the Friends of God Church at Bacon Heights in Lubbock and enjoyed performing a "Dance for Jesus". Mitizi loves her family and church buddies and loves to shop. She is survived by her parents, Jerry and Marsha Sanders of Lubbock, TX, sister, Stefanie Bramlet and her husband Shea of Littlefield, ,TX, grandmother, Jettie Hall of Abernathy, TX, 2 nephews, Cole and Cade Bramlet and a niece, Camryn Bramlet all of Littlefield, TX. She is also survived by 2 aunts, Nelda Brown and her husband Joe of Lubbock, TX, and Cheryl Condray and her husbans Norman of San Angelo, TX. Abell Funeral Home
