Services for Marolyn R. Harrison, 60, of Hale Center, TX, were held at 2:00 pm Monday, February 22, 2010, in the Hale Center Church of Christ. Burial followed in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Hale Center, TX. Viewing was held Sunday from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Abell Funeral Home, Hale Center. Marolyn died in Lubbock, Thursday, February 18, 2010. She was born in Hale Center, TX, March 8, 1949 to Rex and Mary (Daugherty) Harrison. She was a longtime Hale Center resident and had retired from the US Postal Service. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her Father, Rex Harrison of Hale Center, TX, a brother, Mike Harrison and his wife Ann of Abernathy, TX and 3 nephews, Joel Harrison, Troy Harrison and Ryan Harrison.
