Marion Rieff

Memorial services for Marion Morrow Rieff, 54, of Hale Center, TX, were held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2011, in the Hale Center First Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Malcolm and Dr. Carol Green officiating. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Hale Center, TX. Mrs. Rieff died Monday, July 4, 2011, in Lubbock, TX. She was born August 29, 1956 in Goldsmith, TX to D. M. & Sue (Doughton) Morrow. She graduated High School from Hobbs, NM and Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Education. She married Jerry W. Rieff on June 11, 1977 in Hobbs, NM. She taught in the Hale Center ISD for 20 years as a reading specialist. She is survived by her parents, D.M and Sue Morrow of Borger, TX, husband, Jerry Rieff of Hale Center, 3 sons, Joshua Rieff and wife Crystal of Waco, TX, Jacob Rieff and wife Kendra and Justin Rieff and wife Megan all of Lubbock, TX, 2 sisters, Jan Bostic and Kathy Morrow both of Roswell, NM.
