Funeral services for Lisa Ruth Wolf Mills, 40, of Abernathy, were held at 2:00 pm Thursday, September 13, 2001, in the Abernathy First Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Teeters and Rev. Mike Schafer officiating. Burial followed in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy. Ms. Mills died Monday, September 10, 2001. She was born on July 25, 1961 in San Antonio, Tx. She was a 1979 graduate of Abernathy High School and was a member of the Abernathy First Baptist Church. She had served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Survivors; 1 son, Tanner Mills of Dallas, Tx., parents, Ralph & Alice Wolf of Abernathy, Tx., grandmother, Mable Wolf of Abernathy, Tx., 1 sister, Connye Teal of Abernathy, Tx., 1 brother, Sammy Wolf of Plainview, Tx.
