Funeral mass for Librado Rodriguez, 82, were held at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 10, 2009, in St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Hale Center, TX with burial following in the Hale Center Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Hale Center, TX. Rosary was recited at 7:00 pm Wednesday evening in St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Hale Center, TX. Mr. Rodriguez died Monday, December 7, 2009 in Plainview, Texas. He was born on April 11, 1927 in Clareville, TX, and has lived in Hale Center most of his life. He married Yolanda Hinojosa on August 15, 2005 in Plainview, TX and he was and active member and served as an usher at St. Theresa's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Yolanda Rodriguez of Hale Center, TX, 7 children, Lupe & Oscar Venegas and Mary & Robert Espinoza and Sue Harding, all of Hale Center, TX, Lucy Rodriguez , Sylvia & Arthur Garcia, Diana & Ruben Garcia, all of Amarillo, TX, Joe & Sylvia Rodriguez of Sunray, TX, 3 sisters, San Juanita Longoria of Dallas, TX, Miguela Garibay of Moses Lake, WS, and Mary Arellano of Liberal, KS, 20 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, 5 stepchildren and 7 step grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his previous wife, Celia Rodriguez, his parents, a sister Teodora Tello, and a granddaughter, Amanda Marie Espinoza. Abell Funeral Home
