Isabell Castillo

Rosary for Isabel S. Castillo, 62, of Hale Center, TX, was recited at 7:00 pm Wednesday, July 4, 2007, in St. Theresa's Catholic Church, Hale Center. Funeral Mass was celebrated Thursday morning, 11:00 am, July 5, 2007, in the same church with Rev. Martin Pena and Rev. John Smith officiating. Burial followed in the Hale Center Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Hale Center, TX. Mrs. Castillo died at her home, Monday, July 2, 2007. She was born in Canyon, TX on December 22, 1944. She moved to Hale Center at the age of 13. She married Juan G. Castillo on August 13, 1960 in Hale Center, TX. She was member and President of the Guadalupanos, was a member of the Ladies Auxilliary of the VFW. Mrs. Castillo was preceded in death by a brother, Tony Garcia, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Juan Castillo of Hale Center, TX, 3 sons, Michael and Rick Castillo both of Hale Center and Damian of Lubbock, TX, 4 daughters, Mandy Williams of Abbeyville, GA, Mary Alice Garza and Sindy Castillo both of Hale Center, TX and Denise Adame of Lubbock, TX, her father, Tony Garcia of Hale Center, TX, 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
