He is survived by his wife Billie of Hale Center, TX, 3 children, Ryan Marshall, Kyle Marshall, Brandi O'Hara and one stepson, Jason Rumbaugh; a brother Rex Marshall, III of Perryton, TX, 2 sisters, Evelyn Anderson of Kerrville and Mary Alice Collins of Brownfield, TX and 1 granddaughter, Kacie Hudson of Hale Center, TX Abell Funeral Home
