Graveside services for Cooper Xavier Word, infant son of Audrey Word, of Lubbock, TX, will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 24th, 2016, in the Abernathy Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Brown, of Plainview, TX, officiating. Services are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Abernathy, TX. Cooper began his life at 3:31 am, Saturday, March 19th, 2016, in Lubbock, TX, and took his last breath a few minutes later. He is survived by his mother, Audrey Word, and a brother, Orion Matthew Word, both of Lubbock, TX, Grandparents, Kyle and Kathy Word of Abernathy and Terrie Arevalos of Lubbock.
