Memorial services for Cindy Aguirre, 45, of Abernathy, TX, will be held at 1:00 pm, May 30, 2017, at Rock City Church, 5911 4th Street, Lubbock, TX with Rev. Jeff McCreight, pastor, officiating. Cremation and services are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Abernathy.

Cindy died Friday, May 19, 2017, in Abernathy.

She was born November 18, 1971 in Hale Center, TX. She began school in Abernathy, completing her education at New Life Academy High School, Lubbock, graduating in 1990. She then attended barber school and became a hairdresser. She loved doing arts and crafts and crocheting.

She is survived by her husband, J.J. Aguirre of Abernathy, 9 children; Tanner Walden and wife Dariean, Nathan Madden and Ashley Madden all of Lubbock, Cammy Madden and Justin Rojas both of Abernathy, Brenda Almonte and Stone Aguirre both of New Jersey, Abigail Aguirre and Keelan Aguirre both of Florida, 2 grandchildren, Ezekiel Walden and Justin Riojas, father, Johnny Pace, Sr of Abernathy, mother, Sylvia Rodriguez of Amarillo, TX, grandmother, Mildred Wheeler of Plainview, TX, 4 siblings, Johnny Pace, Jr. of Abernathy, Patty Biggerstaff of Galliton, TN, Isaac Trevino of Hobbs, NM and Lissa Washburn of Abilene, TX.
