Graveside services for Bobby Guinn, 61, of Abernathy, TX, were held 10:00 am Monday, March 20, 2006 in the Center Plains Cemetery, Cotton Center, TX, with David Bennett of Portales, NM, officiating. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy, TX. Mr. Guinn died March 18, 2006 at Lynwood Manor Nursing Home in Levelland, TX. He was born May 9, 1944, in Plainview, TX. and moved to Abernathy from Cotton Center in 1975. He loved music and collected records. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arlis and Ruby Guinn, a sister, June Robertson and a brother, Charles Guinn. He is survived by a niece, Judy Downs of Abernathy, TX, 2 nephews, Keith Robertson of Abernathy, TX, and H.L. Robertson, Jr. of Pittsburg, TX, a sister-in-law, Lorene Hart of Weatherford, TX and a brother-in-law, H.L. Robertson, Sr. of Mount Vernon, TX, 7 great nieces and nephews.
