Angelita Aleman Rosa

Angelita Aleman Rosa, 73, of New Deal, TX, died Thursday morning, April 2, 2020 at her home. She was born May 31, 1946 in Hale Center, TX to Cruz and Fidella (Martinez) Aleman. She was raised in New Deal where she was a member of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Catholic Church and she was a Guadalupana. She married Julian C. Rosa, February 14, 1977 in Lubbock, TX. She was preceded in death by a brother, Rudy Aleman in 1999. Angelita is survived by her husband, Julian C. Rosa of New Deal, 3 daughters, San Juanita Perkins and OraMay Gonzales and husband Edwardo all of Lubbock, and Adelita Rosa of New Deal, 2 adopted daughters, Patricia Gonzalez and husband Ignacio of New Deal and Virginia Rosales of Lubbock, 3 brothers, Cruz Aleman, Jr. of Yuma, AZ, Tony Aleman and Joe Martinez both of Lubbock, 4 sisters, Lala Pineda, Pauline Vasquez and Lilly Mora all of New Deal and Ruby Otero of Lubbock, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Mass will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 26, 2021, in Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church in New Deal, TX, with Rev. Brian Wood officiating. Burial will be in the Abernathy Cemetery following the Mass.
