Rosary for Alejandro "Hondo" Flores, 42, of Hale Center, Texas, will be recited 7:00pm, Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in the St. Theresa's Catholic Church with Reverend John Smith officiating. Mass will be celebrated 10:00am, Wednesday, in the same church with the same officiant Burial will follow in the Hale Center Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Hale Center, Texas. "Hondo" Flores died at his home Sunday, November 3, 2013. He was born January 12, 1971 to Valentine & Zulema (Vasquez) Flores in Hale Center, Texas. He was a lifelong Hale Center resident. He was preceded in death by his father, Valentine Flores and a brother, Santiago Flores. Mr. Flores is survived by his wife, Christina Gonzales of Hale Center, Texas; mother, Zulema Flores; brothers, Lupe Flores, Valentine Flores, Jr., Oscar Flores, Mike Flores, Roger Flores, and Raul Flores; sisters, Sarah Jimenez, Sonia Garcia, Isabel Salas, Sulema Riojas, Angie Osburne, and Josie Martinez; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
